Active rehabilitation is a personalized program of exercise therapy designed by kinesiologist and supervised by a Physiotherapist.
It helps restore normal muscle function and control. Our Active Rehab program is custom designed for each client by our Physiotherapist, after a detailed functional assessment that includes individual muscle strength and balance assessment, functional movements screening, postural assessment, and evaluation of limitations caused by injury or trauma.
The goal of the program is to help increase strength, flexibility, function and general conditioning to individuals after an injury. The program will help clients return to normal function safely and efficiently.
